Getting Organized - Session 4: Making Way For The New

Getting organized can be frustrating and just getting started can be difficult. There’s so many ways to organize, which can be overwhelming when you’ve hit the clutter wall and don’t know how to move forward to obtain your goals. By learning about the causes of clutter and developing your own organizing style, you can find new paths towards building new habits and ultimately, obtaining better quality of life.

SESSION 4: MAKING WAY FOR THE NEW

Unless otherwise noted, all of the Community Education and BTC classes are offered online via Zoom. Restore + Flow (Day Class)

RESTORE + FLOW is a slow paced flow practice followed by a series of restorative postures, designed to give body + mind a chance to build strength and release tension. Yogis should bring a yoga mat, bottled water, towel and any props they feel would support their practice such as yoga blocks, bolsters or a yoga blanket.

October 29 - November 19, 2020 Thursdays, 10:00-11:00am

MINDFULNESS 101- investigates the basics; learning what mindfulness is, why it's important, and how to bring it into our daily lives with a focus on mindful concepts, mind "exercises" and applications in daily living. Some-one interested in dipping their toe in the pool of mindful living would enjoy this introduction.
