Lean Six Sigma is a business strategy that has received world recognition in the manufacturing, distribution, engineering, logistics, software development, retail, government, and healthcare industries. 82% of all Fortune 100 companies publicly claim to utilize its principles, with an estimated global savings of $427 billion over the last 20 years.
Organizations that have successfully transformed their culture and processes through Lean, Data Analytics, Theory of Constraints, and Scrum have created a competitive advantage by increasing their speed of delivery, improving quality, and reducing costs.
Facilitated by a Master Black Belt, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification course provides the foundational principles and tools to develop your leaders into innovative change agents. After earning their certification, leaders are expected to implement continuous improvement projects in their respected departments, and serve as a team member on more complex improvement initiatives led by a Certified Green or Black Belt.
