Emergency Preparedness: Session 1: Making a Plan For An Emergency

with Heather Gold, MSW, ASW

$79

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND GETTING YOUR STUFF TOGETHER

With so much going on our lives and the world around us, it can be overwhelming to figure out how to respond to the changes and challenges. The environment we live in requires us to be responding to rising emergencies such as wildfires, power shut offs, and potential earthquakes. This puts us into a hyper-vigilant stressful state. Finding ways to cope with the daily hardships and long-term effects of the suffering around you, while maintaining your own sanity, is the focus of this class.
