Students will be provided their tea tasting kits prior to each class with a variety of sample teas and tea preparation instructions so they can be prepared for a hands-on virtual interactive experience.

SESSION #2: EXPERIENCE WHITE AND OOLONG TEAS In this class, you will learn how oolong teas are processed and experience the broad spectrum of flavors resulting from different oxidation levels and growing regions. We will taste oolongs from countries including China, Taiwan, and Georgia. At the same time, we will taste white teas so that we can compare the flavors of these two different categories of tea.
