Get Fit! - Fall Session #2

Tired of searching the web looking for fitness videos? Try these workout programs taught by our very own trusted fitness instructor, Rhonda Nelson, who has over 30 years of teaching experience. Choose from her popular Get Fit! Program or her Yoga series or take them both! Work out in the privacy of your own home at your individual fitness level at a time that is convenient for you!

Get Fit! classes combine simple cardio, strength, and yoga/pilates for a complete body workout. Shape, tone, and burn unwanted calories to upbeat music as you work through the course and watch your body Get Fit!

Links to two new videos will be sent to students each week for the six weeks.

$39 per each 6-week session

Recommended materials: Dumbbells, Yoga mat or rug
