Looking for a good workout to do at home? Rhonda Nelson, Shasta College fitness instructor, has created a program designed to shape, tone, destress and help you GET FIT! Her popular classes are now taught online through private links to YouTube videos so you can work out at home at a time that is convenient for you!
Each class in this series combines simple cardio, strength training, and yoga/pilates for a complete body workout - and no need to worry about your fitness level, as Rhonda shows you options to suit your individual needs. Each video showcases beautiful scenery, and Rhonda has created more of her "theme based" videos, set to different music and backdrops of the decades that will have you smiling and singing along!
Recommended materials: dumbbells, yoga mat or rug. Must have access to the Internet.
Links to two videos will be released each Monday for 15 weeks, beginning August 23, 2021.
