GRANT WRITING AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Grant writing and resource development is critical to building and sustaining organizations and programs. Explore the steps involved in finding funding opportunities, designing and writing a compelling narrative and budget. This interactive, student-centered course will help you gain skills to tackle each stage of the writing process and construct a proposal that is clear, persuasive, and aligns the priorities of various funders. The course is focused on nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations that provide charitable or public benefit services. The course is not oriented toward research grants or grants for individuals or businesses.

Schedule: 4-Thursdays, 6:00-8:00pm
Location: IMPORTANT NOTICE (9-9-2021), this class has been switched from an in-person classroom format to a virtual Zoom format. The class will not be held in-person at the Red Bluff campus. Prior to the start of class your instructor will email to you your Zoom link for accessing the class and any materials needed for the class.
