Meditation for Health

Have you heard about the benefits of meditation: reduces stress, anxiety, promotes emotional health, improves attention span, improves sleep, and controls pain. Are you ready to give meditation a try? Our class holds space for beginning meditators. It introduces the basics of meditation, with a focus on learning a variety of meditations and techniques to develop your own, comfortable practice beyond our sessions.
