Shotokan Karate for Teens and Adults, Session 1

Shotokan Karate, the Authentic Traditional Karate for the Mind, Body and Spirit!!

The practice of Karate tones the body, quickens reflexes and builds stamina! It develops a clearer thought process, deeper insight and more self-confidence. Don’t miss this class Shotokan Karate for Teens and Adults. Get stronger physically and mentally!!

The class teaches Basics including stances, blocks, punches and kicks; Kata or forms and Sparring, focused on the courageous mind! Students are encouraged to repeat the class so that they can achieve their goals for the Mind, Body and Spirit!!

Instructors are:

  • Hiroko Mori, 5th Degree Black Belt of Shotokan Karate of America; and,
  • Brad Marsh, 4th Degree Black Belt, of Shotokan Karate of America.

Shotokan Karate for Teens and adults - men and women ages 13 and up.
