Swing Dancing – East Coast & Jitterbug

The most popular and universal dance that is danced literally everywhere and by everyone!  More that half of the songs played at any wedding, party, or dance will be a swing dance that fits the rhythm of a Jitterbug & East Coast Dance.  If you want to be able to dance the evening away wherever you go, then this is the mandatory dance for you to learn!  This class will cover the critical dance skills of body-movement; lead and follow; frame; connection; turns; dance-etiquette; and foot-placement in these swing dances.  Additionally, class-members will learn a specific amalgamation of moves that they can use in any Jitterbug or East Coast dance that they attempt.

NOTE: you are not required to sign up with a partner. If you do not have a partner one may be assigned to you for those dances that need a partner. 

IMPORTANT: if you do have a partner they too must register for the class. The fee of $69 is a 'per person' rate, not a couples rate.
