Yoga - Summer Session

Tired of searching the web looking for fitness videos?  Try these workout programs taught by our very own trusted fitness instructor, Rhonda Nelson, who has over 30 years of teaching experience.  Choose from her popular Get Fit! Program or her Yoga series or take them both!  Work out in the privacy of your own home at your individual fitness level at a time that is convenient for you!

Yoga classes are easy to follow and are centered around themes, such as Yoga for Balance, Yoga for Stress Relief, Yoga for Happiness, etc.  You will receive links to twelve Yoga classes for your enjoyment at your convenience during the six weeks.  The instructor provides positive, encouraging messages throughout and gives clear instruction for the beginner or intermediate yoga student.  Finish the class refreshed and relaxed, ready for more!   

$45 per 6-week session

Recommended materials:  Yoga mat or rug
