You've asked for it, so here it is!  Rhonda Nelson is offering a 12-course online Yoga series beginning August 3rd!  Receive two links to private YouTube videos each week for six weeks.  

Work out in the privacy of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.  The classes are great for beginners and intermediate Yoga students as Rhonda shows you options and explains alternatives so everyone can work at their own level.  Refresh, tone and de-stress while listening to positive messages designed to make you feel great!
