In this class,you’ll learn the Italian culinary style of being resourceful using seasonal and local ingredients. You’ll also learn how to cook with minimal waste! The recipes I’ll teach are my family recipes that were created out of necessity when ingredients were scarce. The dishes are simple yet flavorful and nutritious! This class is a demonstration and you’ll enjoy a meal featuring the recipes used in the class!
