Shasta College, in partnership with the Redding Chamber, presents the Employer Summit. Tackle the common belief that “It’s hard to find good employees” with "The Art of Recruiting, Hiring and Retaining Top Talent", a training by Matt Kluttz, Therapon.

This event is designed to equip your organization for success by providing insights, perspectives, and usable strategies for attracting and retaining great people. The training will delve into defining, creating, and maintaining your culture to attract talent, along with best practices for the hiring and onboarding process.

Join us at Win-River Resort & Casino in the Eagle Room, Thursday, June 12, 2025, for this valuable session, which will include a continental breakfast, a delicious lunch and a panel discussion featuring local business leaders who have successfully cultivated cultures that attract and retain top talent.
