Ethanol Emergencies

Upon the completion of this course, participants will have knowledge related to ethanol and ethanol-blended fuels including the use, chemical and physical characteristics, transportation modes, transfer operations, basics of foam, suggested responder tactics and strategies and environmental issues.

The course will start with an introduction to the online platform the asynchronous and interactive course will be presented on. Once completed you will then dive right into the topic of Ethanol Emergencies.

Since this course is asynchronous you will have 24/7 access to the course during the start and end dates for the course. Though the course is asynchronous, you will also be able to contact the instructor during the course to discuss the topic as needed by you or the instructor.
