Step into the joy of movement with Rhythm & Roots: West African Dance! In this 4-week series, participants will learn traditional and modern steps from West Africa, including the welcoming rhythms of Funga Alafia. Each class blends movement, storytelling, and music to build rhythm, confidence, and connection. Expect energizing warm-ups, guided instruction, and joyful community dance moments. No experience required—just curiosity and a love of rhythm!
