This two-part course is structured to support entrepreneurs in Northern California who want to learn how to start a cottage food business. The course content will cover the following topics:
- Defining products, brand, and vision/mission
- Identifying target audience and customer
- Online marketing, social media, and eCommerce
- Industry trends and benchmarks
- Go-to market strategies
Note: The local SBDC has partnered with Shasta College to bring a series of professional development courses. These courses are beneficial to anyone with a small business or those looking to start a small business.
