I am a Certified Sales and Leadership Trainer/Coach and a Certified D.I.S.C. Method Trainer through the Maxwell Leadership Program. I am also a Certified Trainer through The National Center for Construction Education and Research. I have Trained and Coached hundreds of Sales and Business Professionals throughout the past 30 years. I also am a Trainer at The Shasta Builders Exchange Trade School. Over these years, I have developed the following Sales Processes. The Pesona-Pathway Pro Sales Process for the 21st Century is a dynamic and pesonalized approach to sales that leverages the insights gained from personality assessments. This method aims to tailor every interaction to the unique preferences and communication style of each prospective client, enhancing the overall sales experience and increasing the likelihood of a successful outcome. You will also learn of "The Five Things That You Need To Sell To Be Able To Sell Anything" process. This process has continuously earned me a six figure income year after year without a college degree! I have been in the top 10 of sales people and Sales Managers with many different National Sales Companies.

Course Description:

  1. 30 page Personal DISC Assessment, a $75.00 Value, (Questionaire to be Emailed to you and to be completed prior to first class)
  2. Introductions
  3. Intro to The DISC Method,“Recognizing and Understanding Personalities”
  4. Personal assessments Review
  5. Intro to The“Five Point Sales Process”The Five Things That You Need To Sell To Be Able To Sell Anything”You will learn what each point is and how to sucessfully utilize them.
  6. Free one hour“one-on-one”personal review and consultation (To be scheduled after course conclusion)
