Sizzle's - Sausage Making
In each class, students will make their own sausage from start to finish in this dynamic cooking class. Additionally, we will prepare one or more side dishes to create a full meal to share at the end.
8/12/25 – Sicilian Sausage with Scialatielli Pasta ("Unkempt Hair") in Pomodoro Sauce, served with Breadsticks
9/23/25 – Andouille Sausage with Cajun Corn Maque Choux and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding
10/7/25 – Italian Sausage with Bell Peppers & Onions, served alongside Radicchio Risotto*
11/18/25 – Irish Sausage with Colcannon and Soda Bread
1/27/26 – Yellow Thai Curry Sausage with Egg Fried Rice and Sugar Dumpling**
