Strengths to Success: CliftonStrengths for New Leaders

New leaders can often face challenges like building effective teams, navigating conflict resolution, and managing employee performance. Understanding your unique talents and strengths can help you overcome these challenges and lead with confidence. This engaging and interactive course is designed to empower new leaders with the transformative insights of the CliftonStrengths assessment and discover how to identify and develop your most powerful natural talents to maximize your leadership potential. As part of this course, you will receive the CliftonStrengths Top 5 report, create a personalized leadership development plan, and have access to a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach following the course.
