Rather than looking just at the history of beer, this class connects beer to history more broadly and gives you a taste of the past at the same time. Styles of beer and historical events include:

This program is an adaptable, inclusive, full-body workout designed to improve overall fitness and sensory regulation in a fun, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. Led by physical and occupational therapists, the class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to provide a challenging yet regulating workout for people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Classes will be held in a swimming pool at Sun Oaks. All classes will be guided with opportunities for participants to take sensory breaks as needed!

King Henry IV is in trouble: a faction of his allies, including a valiant youngster named Hotspur, have turned on him and are now gunning for his throne. And his own son, Prince Hal, is no help, spending all his time languishing with his low-life drinking buddies and a corrupt knight, Falstaff, who holds a strange sway over the kid. Will Hal ever come around and act like the king he will be one day? Shakespeare’s iconic history play is a stirring coming-of-age story, filled with humor, romance, and intrigue. Associate Artistic Director Rosa Joshi (Henry V, Julius Caesar) directs. This includes the ticket for the play and transportation to and from Ashland!
