Whether you are a novice or an advanced traveler this class is designed for everyone interested in improving their travel knowledge. Classroom time will be focused on gaining knowledge with the instructor providing an overview of general travel systems, helpful information sources, and learning how and where to obtain required travel documents, such as passports, international driver's licenses, visa's, and more.

Notary Public Certification

6- Hour CA Notary Public Course and Exam
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and professional skills necessary to become a proficient California notary public and prepare for the State’s examination.
In addition, this course will satisfy the California State’s mandatory education requirement of reviewing notary laws and practices for current notary public professionals seeking reappointment. The successful applicant will become a more valuable employee or be able to start his/her own community business.
California State Proctors will administer the Notary Examination at the end of the class.
IMPORTANT: Class starts promptly at 8:00am. Please check in at the door prior to 8:00. Due to the mandated time to be in class, students who arrive after 8:30 will NOT be admitted, no exceptions. No refunds will be granted.

The event is held at beautiful Shastice Park with spectacular views of Mt. Shasta and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. Along with our famous and hugely popular blackberry pie sales, music offerings, and children's games, food and craft vendors will join us in the expanded space Shastice Park provides.

OSHA 10 (Tehama Campus)
This course provides students with knowledge of workplace safety and health standards as shown by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Over 10 hours of instruction, students will learn to identify and mitigate common hazards, including electrical, chemical, and ergonomic risks, and know the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers. Those entering the workforce in different industries, this course emphasizes safety awareness and incident prevention.
Upon completion, students will receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry This OSHA 10-Hour General Industry course provides students with essential workplace safety and health knowledge, focusing on hazard identification, prevention, and OSHA regulations. The course is designed for individuals working in general industry settings such as manufacturing, healthcare, warehousing, and retail. Throughout the course, students will explore key topics, including an introduction to OSHA, workers' rights, employer responsibilities, walking and working surfaces, electrical safety, hazard communication, personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, and emergency action plans. Instruction will be delivered through interactive lectures, case studies, and real-world scenarios to reinforce hazard recognition and safe work practices. Students will receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry completion card, demonstrating their understanding of workplace safety principles. This credential enhances employability and ensures compliance with safety standards in various industries.

Day Trip- Dahlia Farm

The Pastures of Grace Dahlia Farm in Siskiyou County is a true gem. Join us for a private tour of the farm, a "you-pick" experience with over $100 in flowers, and a lunch stop in Mount Shasta! Buckets are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own flower cutters!
Visiting Pastures of Grace Dahlias is a delightful experience. You'll find rows of beautiful dahlias in various colors, each one showcasing the care and dedication put into growing them. It's a peaceful spot to enjoy nature and maybe snap a few photos of Mt Shasta. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind and appreciate the simple beauty of flowers. There is also a farm store where participants can shop locally made products. This location is also a wedding venue and we are happy to give a tour to anyone interested in the event barn space.

We’ll start with a brief review of core steps, then dive into playful turns, musicality, and how to adapt your movement to different tempos and styles of country music. You’ll learn how to dance with greater connection, control, and confidence — all in a fun, relaxed environment that encourages you to grow at your own pace. No partner needed — just bring your love for country music and a willingness to learn!
