Tired of searching the web looking for fitness videos? Try these workout programs taught by our very own trusted fitness instructor, Rhonda Nelson, who has over 30 years of teaching experience. Choose from her popular Get Fit! Program or her Yoga series or take them both! Work out in the privacy of your own home at your individual fitness level at a time that is convenient for you!

Get Fit! classes combine simple cardio, strength, and yoga/pilates for a complete body workout. Shape, tone, and burn unwanted calories to upbeat music as you work through the course and watch your body Get Fit!

Mondays, January 18 - April 30, 2021

Links to two new videos will be emailed to students every Monday of each week for 15 weeks.

Yoga for Grief + Loss

Yoga for Grief + Loss is designed to expand your sangha - community of like-minded others - and find some sthira & sukha - steadiness & comfort - in the midst of heartache. We will work with yoga postures and movement, breath work, meditation, chakra balancing and rewiring our nervous systems with emphasis on deep relaxation and centering. We will include sutras and other inspirational materials that can help support you on your path. This class is appropriate for all types of loss - death, divorce, career change - and all levels of yoga students; with instructions given to support caring for yourself in all poses with modifications for postures as needed. 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week.

Once enrolled, you will get a link to an informational video to get you comfortable with Zoom before class sessions start.

Chicken and Eggs: Health Management and Care of Successful Backyard Flocks

CHICKENS AND EGGS: HEALTH, MANAGEMENT, AND PROPER CARE OF SUCCESSFUL BACKYARD FLOCKS

This engaging 4-week workshop provides an introduction to the science and management of backyard birds. Participants will study current management practices for backyard chicken flocks such as proper housing, nutrition, breeding, and care. The course will also examine important issues in avian health including biosecurity, diseases, parasites, and welfare. Important processes such as egg production, reproduction, and digestion will also be covered.

Projects are all around us. Virtually every organization runs projects, either formally or informally. We are engaged in projects at home and at work. Planning principles and execution methodologies can offer ways in which projects can be run more effectively and efficiently. Project management provides organizations (and individuals) with the language and the frameworks for scoping projects, sequencing activities, utilizing resources and minimizing risks. This 26-hour, 7 session course is designed to teach both Project Management Professionals and non-Project Management Professionals the key principles of good project management.
