Get ready to unleash your creativity and engineering skills in the BAM™ LEGO Lab! In this hands-on, fast paced course, you’ll design, build, and race your very own custom derby car using LEGO bricks. You’ll get to compete in a series of thrilling derby races. Each race will test your design, strategy and speed as you go head-to-head with your fellow builders.
Next up, you’ll face exciting LEGO challenges that will push your problem solving abilities to the limit and encourage team work and healthy competition. But the excitement doesn’t stop there! The grand finale the course includes a personal touch: you’ll get to build your very own custom minifigure to take home as a keepsake from your BAM LEGO Lab adventure.
By the end of the course, you’ll have put your skills to the test, all while having a blast with other fans of LEGO. Are you ready? Let’s build!

Session 1: Jollof Rice & Chicken
Cultural Focus: West African party staple and a symbol of celebration.

Session 2: Suya & Nigerian Fried Rice
Cultural Focus: Suya as street food and fried rice as a festive dish.

Session 3: Egusi Soup & Fufu
Cultural Focus: Traditional comfort food in many Nigerian homes.

Cameroonian Chicken & Plantain Stew
Tender marinated chicken simmered in a rich tomato and herb sauce, paired with golden fried plantains, bell peppers, carrots, onions, and a hint of West African heat. A bold and colorful dish reserved for Cameroon’s most honored guests – now prepared just for you.

Advanced firefighter search techniques focus on rapid, methodical searches, prioritizing victim rescue in hazardous environments. Key techniques include VEIS (Vent-Enter-Isolate-Search), oriented searches, and searching with a water can. These methods are employed to efficiently locate victims, assess hazards, and facilitate safe removal, often in challenging conditions like low visibility and high heat.
